Lillian Pauline Powers, 87, of Parkersburg, died at the Willows Nursing Home, May 15, 1990. She was born in Fairplain, a daughter of the late I.C. and Anna Kerwood Casto. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church for many years. She is survived by one son, Keith Powers of Parkersburg, one brother, Otis Casto of Ohio, six grandchildren, Anne Hood and Lynn Alms, both of Parkersburg, Steven Alms and Martha Joe Grossman, both of California, Pam Powers-Craig of Vienna, and Janette Powers of Parkersburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt O Powers, and one daughter, Lucille. Services were held Thursday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial was in the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
