Record oof the date of this marriage has not been found but it must have been between July 1677 and /feb 1678. On the first date, Elizabeth was still single when she signed as witness to a deed, while on the latter date, she and John Meador were deeded the plantation of her father, Richard White, "out of kindness and affection" for the care and maintenance of himself and his wife for the remainder of their lives."
