Surviving: wife, Mabel Miller Hughart; sons, James R. of Southport, N.C., John F. and W. Doug, both of Charleston, M. Wayne of Kenna, Randy P. of St. Albans; sisters, Catherine Randolph of Charleston, Norma McQuain of Palm Bay, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. James Gunnoe and the Rev. Benny Bess officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories with military rites. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
