He was employed by FMC Corp. for 27 years. He was a World War II veteran. Surviving: wife, Juanita; daughter, Mrs. Joan Gibson of Daytona Beach, Fla.; stepsons, William Moore of Alum Creek, Bobby Moore at home, Carl Rhodes of Charleston, Clark Rhodes of Bloomington, Ohio; stepdaughters, Mrs. Karen Dunlap and Mrs. Adene Vickers, both of Alum Creek; mother, Mrs. Lucy Songer of South Charleston; sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Blankenship of Alum Creek, Mrs. Elaine Adkins of South Charleston, Mrs. Faye Kinder of New Lebanon, Ohio; two grandsons. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek. Burial will be in Forls of Coal Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Family links: Spouse: Juanita V.
