  Notes	18-Month-Old Girl Succumbs Barbara Briggs, year and a half old daughter of David C and Elizabeth Robie Briggs, died at 12:40am Wednesday morning in the Naval Hospital at Norfolk, VA. She had been ill for two weeks. The family home was at 555 E Little Creek R., Norfolk, VA where the father is stationed in the Navy. She was born Jan 28, 1964, at Portsmouth, VA. In addition to the parents, she is survived by a sister, Karen Elizabeth and the grandparents, Mr and Mrs Merrill Briggs of Cheshire, Mrs Erma Robie of Bidwell and Everett Robie of Arizona. Services will be held at 2:30 pm (DST) Saturday at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Rev Shirley Woods will officiate, and burial will be in Gravel Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 pm today.
