  Notes	Alice Genevieve Reynolds Linger Birth: Dec. 30, 1915 Death: Apr. 28, 2007 Alice G. Linger, 91, of Davisville, W.Va., died April 29, 2007, at her residence. She was born in Wirt County, W.Va., the daughter of the late Vincent Augusta and Margaret Ethel Martin Reynolds. She was a long time member of the Broadway Avenue Church of God where she served as the Young Peoples Evangelistic Leader and she more recently attended the Tenth Avenue Church of God. She was very well known for her baking and enjoyed baking pies, cakes and homemade bread from church functions. She was awarded and very proud of several certificates of completion for Bible study courses she had taken. She is survived by her children, Margaret Taylor, Edna Cain and Robert Dickerson and his wife, Madine, all of Parkersburg, Luke Dickerson and his wife, Margot, of Belpre, Sarah Haines and her husband, James, and Martha G. Harris of Parkersburg and Georgia Jones of Clarksburg, W.Va.; her stepchildren, Howard Linger of Walker and Nellie Cowell of Davisville, W.Va.; 30 grandchildren; and several great- grandchildren; his brothers, Vincent Reynolds of Urichsville, Ohio, John Reynolds of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Paul Reynolds of Parkersburg, Clifford Reynolds of Elizabeth, and Steve and James Reynolds of Parkersburg. She was preceded in death by her first, husband, the Rev. John Dickerson; her second husband, Harold A. Linger; one son, Paul Dickerson; two stepchildren, Eddie Linger and Betty Epler; four grandchildren, David A. Taylor, Lucinda Esther Jones, William R.Cain and Elton O. Harris Jr.; her brothers, Eugene, George, Lawrence, Simon, Clarence and Jessie Reynolds. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with the Rev. Gary Pack and Terry Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Skidmore Cemetery.
