Grace C. Fore, of Kansas City, Kansas, died on October 15, 2014. She was 84 years old. She was born in Clarksville, Tennessee to George and Martha Chester and had one sister, Dorothy C. Martin. She attended Austin Peay University, where she met and married Jack R. Fore and they had three children. Through the years, they lived in Clarksville, Tennessee; Orlando, Florida; Lombard, Illinois; Franklin, Tennessee; Pompano Beach, Florida; and Kansas City, Kansas. Grace was a Physical Education teacher and taught in the states of Tennessee, Florida, Illinois, and Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister. She is survived by her two daughters and a son, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a niece and nephews. The family suggests memorials to Living Water United Methodist Church at 3001 North 115th Street in Kansas City, Kansas, where she was a member.
Funeral: 2:00 p.m. October 21, 2014 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas; with visitation preceding the service from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
