Walter L. Skinner, 79 of Gay, passed away February 17, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, following a long illness,
He was born November 11, 1938 in Gay, WV, a son of the late Roy and Clora McGrady Skinner. He was a Mechanic for Lavery’s Chevrolet.
He is survived by his children, Robert Skinner of Alliance, OH and Tammy Shamblin of Millwood, WV.
A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on March 3, 2018 at the Parsons Cemetery, Gay.
