  Notes	Grant W Goddard Grant W Goddard, 57, of Rt 2 died at 3:55 a.m. Jan 18 at his residence. He had been ill for approximately three months. Mr Goddard, a farmer, was an employee of the Marion Power Shovel Company for 14 years. A native of Red House, West Virginia, he was born Feb 17, 1911 to Grant W and Nora Raybourn Goddard. April 20, 1932 he married Selma Jividen. Surviving is the widow, three sons, Thurman W of Findlay, Eugene, Rt 3 Marysville and Donald L of Rt 2; four daughters, Mrs Maybelle Bredsten of San Francisco, Calif, Mrs Lena Flower of Wiesbaden, Germany; Ellen and Paulette, both at home, ten grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs Edna Parker of Marion and Mrs Gertrude Robinson of West Virginia. Five brothers are deceased. Rev Alfred Chapman officiated at services held Jan 21 in the Cherry Funeral Home. Burial was in Claibourne Cemetery.
