  Notes	Mr. Robert C. WASKEY Mr. Robert C. Waskey, died at 8:50 o'clock Thursday morning at his home near Sandyville, of complication of diseases. Mr. Waskey was a Virginia Confederate veteran and was twice wounded during the war. He settled in Jackson County 32 years ago on a farm on which he owned at the time of his death. He was a highly respected citizen and commanded the confidence and esteem of his neighbors and acquaintances. Mr. WASKEY was 70 years of age and is survived by his widow and two children, John and Mary, one brother and one sister, Rufus WASKEY and Mrs. Margaret HITE. The funeral will be held from the Independence Church near Crow Summit at 10 o'clock a.m. Friday, July 4, Rev. W. A. HOPSON will officiate.
