  Notes	Francis Good Will. In the name of God Amen, I Frances Good of the County of Jackson in the state of West Virginia, being in rather poor health, but being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time there of and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world, when it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Malinda Good, all land, household goods, stock money bonds, notes in short all property – both real and personal of every kind and character of which I may die seized and possessed, and which shall remain after paying all my just debts and funeral charges. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Malinda Good, to be executrix of this my last will and testament. In testimony were of, I Frances Good here to this my will set my hand and seal, this 24 day of April 1884. his Frances x Good (seal). mark Signed sealed published and declared by Frances Good the above named testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witness thereto this. Witnesses B.N. Poling G.J. Parsons C.W. Rowley (Rawley?) State of West Virginia Jackson County towit: At a county court continued and held in and for said county at the Court House thereof on 12 day of July 1892 the following order was made The will of Frances Good dead, was produced in open court and proven by the oath of B.N. Poling & G.J. Parsons, thereupon the same was ordered recorded as and for the last will of said F. Good dead. (Memo. This order should have been entered at April term and is entered now for them.)
