  Notes	Mattie Marie Maxwell - Charleston Gazette RIPLEY - Mattie Marie Maxwell, 82, of Ripley died Aug. 29, 1997, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness. Surviving: sons, Ronald Braden of Cottageville, Donald Braden of Ripley; daughters, Phyllis Braden of New Haven, Dorothy Buralli of Michigan, Betty Wilson of Ohio, Elizabeth "Libby" Miller and Ardella Helmice, both of Ripley; brothers, Leo Randolph of Ohio, Willard Randolph of Ravenswood; sister, Flonnie Spears of Columbus, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Curtis Randolph officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
