She is survived by her grandchildren, John and Elizabeth Cole of Powhatan, Va., Christopher, Todd, Jordan and Taylor Hodges of Powhatan, Va., Joshua Cotto, Sydney and Lyndsey Davis of Chesterfield, Va. She is survived by her mother, Delcie Taylor of Brownsville. She is survived by sisters, Cammie and husband Henry Ball of Powhatan, Va., Wanda and husband George Southall of Kenna, and Nancy and husband Paul Lively of Brownsville. She is survived by a loving niece, Lisa Vielhaber and husband Karl Vielhaber of Kenna. She is survived by several nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Isaac ?Woodrow? Taylor, who departed this life in 1999 and his wife Opal Taylor, who departed this life in 1980, and Jackie Taylor, who departed this life in 1994, all of Kenna. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Pennington Funeral Home. The family will receive friends between 10 a.m. and noon. on Wednesday, Dec. 12, at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held directly after the viewing and a graveside service will be held afterward at Centerview Cemetery, Kenna. Delcie Marie Boggs Taylor - Charleston Newspapers - (Feb/10/2008) Delcie Marie Boggs Taylor, 89, of Brownsville, Fayette County, died Saturday, February 9, 2008, at home following an extended illness. She was born January 14, 1919, in Jackson County to the late Alonzo and Eva Boggs. She was also preceded in death by children, Woodrow Taylor, Jackie Taylor and Docie "Norma" Ball. She was a homemaker and a retired employee from Gauley Dry Cleaners after 20 years of service. Survivors include daughters, Nancy Lively and husband Paul of Brownsville, Wanda Southall and husband George of Kenna, and Cammie Ball and husband Henry of Powhatan, Va.; 19 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. The service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2008, at Pennington Funeral Home Chapel, Gauley Bridge, with the Rev. Charlese Blankenship officiating. Interment will be in Simms Cemetery, Swiss. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service time at the funeral home.
