  Notes	Mrs Phoebe H Galford Mrs Phoebe H Galford, 45, died yesterday at her home in Ripley following an extended illness. She was born Sept 6, 1917, at Kentuck, Jackson County, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Icy Williams Hatcher, and was a member of the Akron Baptist Temple. Survivors include her husband, Stewart Galford, Ripley; three brothers, Howard Hatcher, Bidwell, O., Calven Hatcher, Tampa, Fla., and Wayne Hatcher, Ripely. five sister, Mrs Ethel Skeen, Columbus, O., Mrs Geneva White, Headwater, VA, Mrs Eloise Hopkins, Harmony, Mrs Cecil Casto and Mrs Eunice Bays, both of Ripley. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 pm at the Goshen Church in Jackson County with the Rev Lincoln Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Hatcher Cemetery.
