RIPLEY - Frances Tince Ashby, 75, of Ripley died Dec. 2, 1998, in Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Surviving: son, James of Ripley; daughters, Kathryn Raines of Ripley, Karen McClung of Winfield; brothers, Junior, Alva and Chester Randolph, all of Ripley; sisters, Virginia Casto, Lucy Randolph and Belvajean Reed, all of Ripley, Joyce Lockwood of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
