Luella G. Harris
Luella G. Harris, 86, of Spencer, formerly of Belgrove, died Friday, April 8, 1994 at Roane General Hospital, after an extended illness.
She was born at Staats Mills, a daughter of the late William S. and Louisa Jane Fisher Hite. She was a homemaker and and attended Sinaville United Methodist Church.
She is survived by six sons, William L. of Walton, Oral C. of Hartsville, Robert L. of Indianapolis, Ind., Donald L. of Gandeeville, Delbert L. of Spencer and Rev. Carlos L. of Beallsville, Ohio; three daughters, Freda Brinker and Ruth Lee Harris, both of Spencer, and Delphia Skaar of kitts Hill, Ohio; two brothers, Albert A. hite of Ripley and Delmar R. Hite of Staats Mills; two sisters, Della M. Rhodes of Staats Mills and Vada M. Harris of Kentuck; 41 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther N. Harris and one daughter, Virginia Southall.
Services were held Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating. Burial was in Sinaville Cemetery, Staats Mills.
