Mark and William are Sayres. http://genforum.genealogy.com/timberlake/messages/677.html In a message from Larry Blackman: Here is a quote from my book, Willcott, Kay, Timberlake, and Allied Families: "In time, Pleasant Timberlake married, probably second, Hannah Sayre, widow of Ezekiel Sayre. They were enumerated in the 1840 census of Jackson County, Virginia (now West Virginia). Unfortunately, Pleasant was murdered and 'put down into a well.' Hannah was pregnant, when her husband disappeared. In 1842, the child was born , and she called him Hiram Sayre, instead of Timberlake, 'because Sayre was the name of her other kids by Ezekiel.'" So if Janet Sargent is right, a child (and maybe the only child) of Pleasant Timberlake and Hannah (Gilman) (Sayre) Timberlake was Hiram Sayre.
