Cicero Hannigan 'Hal' O'Dell
b. either 25 Jul 1845 or 1846 in Indiana
d. 10 Sep 1915 in Yountville, CA and buried in the Veterans Hospital Cemetery. His monument is in Sebastopol, CA with Jetti.
Married to Minerva Jeanette 'Jetti' Flesher b. 12 Mar 1836 in Jackson Co. WV
d. in Sebastopol, CA
(Jetti was a schoolteacher between marriages. Married women were not allowed to teach. This is where she met Hal. He came to her class to learn how to read and write. Hal and Jetti brought their children to CA by train.)
