William Tenney, 95, of Columbus, formerly of Jackson County, W.Va., died Oct. 22, 1987, in Columbus, after a short illness. He was a farmer and a member of White Pine Baptist Church. Surviving: daughters, Wanda Lee Frint of Lockborn, Juanita M. Booker of Lake Wales, Fla.; sons, Flayo L. of Phoenix, Ariz., Okey L. of Columbus; 20 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Harmony Baptist Church, Harmony. Burial will be in Gandee Cemetery, near Harmony. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer.
