  Notes	The Times Record Spencer, WV 1990 Natlie G. Fletcher Natlie G. Fletcher, 78, of Reedy, died Thursday, May 31, 1990 in Roane General Hospital, after an extended illness. She was born at Gay, a daughter of the late Holy and Martha Bell Westfall Rhodes. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church of Gay. She is survived by one sister, Nita Rhodes Tolley of Ripley, and five nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Blake Fletcher; three sisters, Sybil Starcher, Nellie Rhodes and Glenda Ashworth; and one brother, Cyril Rhodes. Services were held Sunday, in the Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating. Burial was in the Board Cemetery at Reedy.
