  Notes	James Lewis Webb, 70, of Looneyville, died Saturday, April 26, 1997 at Roane General Hospital, after a brief illness. He was born at Hico, a son of the late Rex and Ruby McCroskey Webb. He was a retired supervisor from Monarch Rubber Company in Spencer. He is survived by his wife, Mary Price Webb; one daughter, Barb Parkins of Spencer; three sons, Jimmy, Johnny, and Bill Webb, all of Spencer; one brother, Leslie Webb of San Jose, Calif.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Herbert in 1967. Services were Tuesday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Davis officiating. Burial was inClover Cemetery.
