  Notes	Charleston Daily Mail page 2 February 6, 1959 Kanawha Man Dies in Jail at Ripley Clarence Rhodes, 38, of Slip Hill section on Sissionville Road was found dead yesterday in the Ripley jail where he was a prisioner. Dr. C.H. Kessel of ripley, Jackson County coroner, who examined the dead man, said death was due to a heart and kidney conditon. Rhodes is survived by his wife, Edith; three sons, Clarence, Gary and David at home, a daugher, Linda at home; three brothers and three sisters. Parsons Funeral Home at Ripley has charge of the body,
