Eula Juanita Lockhart Sims, 85, formerly of Route 1, Parkersburg, died September 21, 2000, at Sunbridge Care in Parkersburg.
She was born in Wirt county and was a lifelong homemaker. She was a Protestant.
Survivors include two sons, Milford Fore of Parkersburg and Richard Fore of Greenwood, Neb.; three daughters, Rheta Lynch of Palestine, Elsie Cook of Parkersburg and Rebecca Pittman of Spring, TX; 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one brother,Guy Lockhart of Parkersburg; and one sister, Clara Green of Grafton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wirt and Almedia Courtney Lockhart; her first husband, Roscoe Fore, her second husband, Dexter Boggs; and her third husband, Sherman Sims; one daughter, Wanda Fore, one brother, Lawrence Lockhart; and six sisters, Violet Lockhart, Orma Hendershot, Inez Gant, Ruby McCoy, Bertha McCoy and Elsie Burford.
Services were held on Sunday, September 24, at 2 p.m. at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with the Rev. Paul Morton officiating. Burial is in the Lubeck Cemetery.
