  Notes	RIPLEY – Patricia Ann “Pat” Miller Good Stephens, 73, of Ripley died Feb. 20, 2011, after a short illness. Born on December 4, 1937, the eldest daughter of Flayo and Masel (Rhodes) Miller of Ripley, Pat lived most of her adult life in Kenna, but for the last 12 years was a Florida snowbird residing in Stuart, Fla. Pat graduated from Ripley High School in 1955, and worked as a secretary for Steptoe and John­son Law Firm in Charleston, and then later as a school secretary at Kenna Elementary School. She was for the most part a stay-at-home mother to her three children. She was a member of the Community Baptist Church in Stuart, Fla.  She and her husband both worked with the Senior Citizen 3-T’s group of the church.  She loved to exercise and was an avid swimmer - a skilll she taught herself late in life. She walked daily and attended a regular aerobics class. She also loved reading and working word puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 32 years, Stanley Mason Good; half-brothers, Ray Miller, Royal Miller and Lee Miller of Columbus, OH; half-sister, Christina Lockett of Columbus, OH; a brother, Bill Miller of Ripley; two sisters, Betty Bower of Cleveland, OH, and Ann Robinson of Sandyville. Surviving is her husband of 18 years, Denver F Stephens, and two sisters, Jean Randolph (Ronald) of Ripley and Kathleen Held of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by her three children: Shelly Good of Kenna, Steve Good of Waverly, OH, and Lauren Good (Stephen Riedl) of Scott Depot; four step-children Doug Stephens (Erin) of Charleston, Greg Stephens of Charleston, Jerry Stephens (Cathy) of Killeen, Texas, and Jan Hamon (John) of Given. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Mason Good, Carter Good and Landre Good of Wavelry, OH; Noah Chinn and Kaitlin Chinn of Kenna; and seven step-grandchildren: Adam Stephens, Shannon Stephens, Eric Hamon, Kristen Hamon, Kelly Stephens, Nathan Stephens and Nicole Stephens. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 1 pm at the Waybright Funeral Home in Ripley with Rev. Mark Leonard of Ripley Tabernacle Church and Rev. Dan Holland of Stuart, Fla. officiating. Burial will be in the Good Family Cementary at Kenna.  Visitation hours will be Tuesday, Feb. 22 from 4 - 8 p.m. at Waybright Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to WV Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W, Charleston, WV 25312 in lieu of flowers.
