Alice Gertrude Webb, 81, of Spencer, died Saturday, November 1, 1987, in Village Health Care Center, Ravenswood, after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Roane County.
Surviving: son[s], Freddy and Henry, both of Spencer, Roma Jr. of Akron, Ind.; daughters, Betty Morrison, Joann Whiting, Johnnie Patterson and Mary Webb, all of Spencer, Marie Lane of Sutton, Nancy Rexroad of Gassaway; brother, Haymond Casto of Kent, Ohio; sister, Maude Young of Ohio; 23 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roma Webb, in 1977.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Seventh-day Adventist Church, Spencer, with Elder
Austin Jones officiating. Burial was in the Otto Cemetery, near Spencer.
The Sinnett Funeral Home, Spencer was in charge of arrangements.
