Fields of Walton, West Virginia, Alan Fields of Orlando, Florida and James E. Fields of Parkersburg, West Virginia; one sister, Joretta Taylor of Scott Depot, West Virginia. The family received friends at the McLaughlin Twin City Funeral Home, Niceville, Florida on Thursday, June 17, 1982. Full military services were held at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida, on June 18, 1982. Services were under the direction of McLaughlin Twin City Funeral Home, Niceville, Florida.
