Obit Book L-Z Mrs, Harvey Miller (4/25/1939) Mrs. Maude Miller, 59, sife of Harvey L. Miller of Spencer, Route 1 died April 20 from self inflicted wounds. Slashing her throat Monday with a knife, she was rushed to the City Hospital at Spencer but died the next day. Mrs. Miller had been in poor health for the past 20 years. She was born in Monongalia county, daughter of Henry L. and Virginial Scott. She was married to Mr. Miller in 1899. Five sons and two daughters survive; Herman, Clayton, Gordon, Calvin and Scott Miller and Mrs. Mae Robert all of Spencer route 1 and Mrs. Clistie Uselton of Akron. Two brothers James Scott of Parkersburg and Tom Scott of Coolville, Ohio; Five sister, Mrs. Carrie Roberts and Mrs. Julia Miller of Spencer; Mrs. Lyda Hall of Peniel, Mrs. Lizzie McCoy of Akron and Mrs. Olive Cottle of Reedy. Funeral services were held Thursday at the Triumph Church
