Belva C. Kelley of Upper Arlington, died Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at Whetstone Gardens and Care Center. She was born on May 7, 1913 in Higby, (Roane County) West Virginia, she moved with her family to Meigs County, Ohio and graduated from Racine High School. Belva attended Business College here in Columbus, Ohio and met and married her husband, John F. Kelly in 1946. Belva was retired from the State of Ohio, Attorney General's Office. She enjoyed traveling and never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Joseph and Lona Cobb Cox, brothers,Ralph, Cecil and Donald, sister Ruth. She is survived by her daughter, Jacki Parzinger/Nichol, son-in-law, Philip Nichol, granddaughters, Kelley (Brent) Merryman, Deborah and Amy Parzinger, great grandchildren, Paige and Brady Merryman, sister and brother-in-law, Mabel and Ellis Hupp, sisters-in-law, Kathleen Kelley and Alice Mays, good friend of many years, May Stowe, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Friends may call at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, on Saturday, August 12, 2006 from 9A.M. until time of services at 10.00A.M. with Dr. Linda C.
