NOTE: Burial in Roane County

Charles Foster Litton, 76, of Mineral Wells passed away Sept. 12, 2007, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 24, 1931, at Ona, W.Va., a son of the late Perry Virgil and Hattie Mae Drake Litton.
Mr. Litton retired from DuPont in 1991 and was a former employee of Eureka Pipeline. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was a graduate of Walton High School and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
Surviving is his wife, H. Genevieve Perkins Litton; one son, Bob Litton and his wife, Teresa, of Mineral Wells; a daughter, Kim Litton Tribble and her husband, Dale, of Huntington; two grandchildren, Kristy Litton Cramlet and Eric Litton; a great-grandson, Austin Litton; one brother, James Willard Litton of Parkersburg; three sisters, Ruth Lowther and her husband, Bill, of Parkersburg, Hazeline Furr of Lakewood, Ohio, and Arlene Wilson of Magnolia, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Oral Litton and Paul Litton; and two sisters, Maxine Hall and Ruby Morris.
The funeral service for Mr. Litton will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St., Parkersburg, with Pastors Paul Williams and Bob Watkins officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Herman Cemetery in Roane County. The visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
