  Notes	Charleston Daily Mail - (Mar/17/2005) Rhoda Gae Parsons Rhoda Gae "Nanna" Parsons, 83, of Cross Lanes, departed this life March 15, 2005, at home. She was the past Worthy Matron of Order of the Eastern Star. She had worked in real estate and loved to work with ceramics, garden and cook. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Dale Parsons, son, Bill Parsons of Booneville, Ark.; grandchildren, James W. Parsons of Cross Lanes, Tamara Higgins of Broomfield, Colo., and Terri Hocott of Greenwood, Ark.; and great-grandchildren, Jordan and Alex Parsons, Sarah and Ryan Hocott and Graecyn Higgins. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, Cross Lanes. A gathering of family and friends will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Kanawha Hospice Care Inc., 1143 Dunbar Ave., Dunbar, WV 25064, or the West Virginia Alzheimer's Association, 1111 Lee St. E, Charleston, WV 25301.
