  Notes	"Charleston Gazette" Monday January 29, 1962 STARCHER, Steven - 42 of Craigsville, Nicholas County, died Sunday in Sacred Heart Hospital at Richwood after a long illness. Surviving are his mother, Ellen: three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Hinkle of Sarasota, Fla., Miss Jessie Starcher of Parkersburg and Miss Nellie Mulans of Cleveland, Ohio; four brothers Harlan, Eddie and Daniel all of Craigsville, and Custer of Parkersburg. Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the residence with Rev. Pomeroy conducting. Burial will be in Craigsville Cemetery. The body will be returned home at 4 p.m.Tuesday from Simons Funeral Home in Richwood.
