  Notes	Parkersburg News/Sentinel Parkersburg, WV Thursday, October 15, 2009 Little Hocking - Betty Lou Kuhn Betty Lou Kuhn, 70, of Little Hocking, Ohio, passed away at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg. She was born on March 9, 1939, in Ripley, W.Va., a daughter of Homer and Vesta Robey Koon. Betty was a homemaker and a member of River Valley Community Church of Nazarene and Disabled American Veteran's Auxiliary. On Dec. 11, 1976, she married Roger Kuhn, who preceded her in death on Aug. 10, 2000. Betty is survived by three sons and three daughters, David Elswick of Vienna, Kenneth (Brooke) Nichols and Gary (Amy) Nichols, both of Parkersburg, Donna (Jerry) Owens of Little Hocking, Elizabeth Knighten of New Matamoras and Angela (Joel) Thompson of Parkersburg; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her brother, Larry Koon of Parkersburg; her sister, Wilma (Jim) Cuvelier of Stoutsville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, Donald, Homer, Gary and Jerry Koon; and two sisters, Barbara Koon and Lita Kellar Nayedo. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home, Marietta, with burial at East Lawn Memorial Park.
