  Notes	She was not Orion's biological daughter but he raised her as an O'Dell. They are all three buried Ward Cemetary in Kanawha county. Marie reportedly became ill on a trip into Charleston with a lady to visit the lady's brother who was in hospital at the time. They were in the bank building in Charleston for some reason. The way the lady reported it Marie was near a large window on the fifth floor and she goes onto say that Marie became ill and fainted, falling out of the window. The newspaper account included that it looked as if Marie landed on her feet crushing her feet,legs,etc. Orion never believed that it was an accident. If i was investigating I would call it a suicide. Some say she was in a deep depression due to the loss of mom and little sister. She had married a mam named John Danbury they had a set of twins. I know one of those twins was named Launa Lou. She died I have her d.c. They say both twins died just days apart but I could only find one d.c. and that was for Launa Lou. After the twins John Danbury divorced Marie. The deaths all occured in a short time frame, within one year of eachother. John danbury was the son of William Riley Danbury

She kicked my uncle Alonzo out of the house when he was only 12 or 13 years old, he then went from relative to relative to have somewhere to live. He was 10 years old when their mother died and had a very good memory of her and he wanted pictures of her. He wanted to talk about her to the 2 youngest so that they would know about her, etc. The first summer he was exiled from his home, he lived with his paternal grandmother, Lucy Rider O'Dell. As a result of all this no photos survive of my grandmother.
