  Notes	oldest son of Loftus, John Pullin (1751-1806). He also owned slaves and spent his entire life on the Pullin farm. He took as his wife Elizabeth Benson and they had six children. It is believed he served in the Revolutionary War. However, this has not been proven. His younger brother, also named Loftus, served at the battle and surrender of Yorktown.
