  Notes	GateHouse News Service Thursday, April 09, 2009 Leroy, WV - Mary F. Kelley, 79, of Leroy passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston. She was born July 9, 1929, in Charleston, a daughter of the late Wesley and Ivy Myrtle Parsons Webb. She was an LPN in the health care field for many years and a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Kelley; sisters Dorothy Carte of Charleston and Orpha “Dutch” Simms of Charleston; and brother Ray Webb of Slidell, LA. She is survived by her sons Karl Kelley and his wife Kathy of Charleston and Michael Kelley and his wife Deanna of Winter Garden, FL; daughters Laura Matics and husband David of Spencer and Leah Anne Kelley of Charleston; sister Jewell Lyons of Charleston; and grandchildren Brian Kelley of Charleston, Daniel Matics and Janie Matics of Spencer, Erin Kelley and Shane Kelley of Winter Garden, FL; and by her special friend Richard Smith. Funeral service was held Sunday, April 5, at 2:00 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home in Ripley with Rev. Bob Keen officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Roane County. Friends called Saturday, April 4, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kanawha Hospice House, 1001 Kanawha Drive, Charleston, WV 25311.
