Lathey of Parkersburg, and Ronald L. Lathey of Williamstown; two daughters, Shirley Brammer of St. Marys and Sandra Cokelely of Waverly; six grandchildren; two sisters, Iva Parsons of St. Albans and Cleora Sayre of Sissonville; and one brother, Clyde H. Lathey of Ripley. He was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Ruttencutter Funeral Home, St. Marys, with the Rev. Roy Cox and the Rev. Ron Branch officiating. Burial will be in Willow Island Cemetery.
