Elizabeth Ann Palmer, 61, of Cottageville, passed away September 2, 2009, at her residence after a long illness.
She was born December 20, 1947, in Jackson County, a daughter to the late Myrtle and Warren Casto.
Elizabeth was a mother, sister, and loving grandmother and will always be remembered for the great love she had for her only grandchild Jayden, and the caring love for her dogs, Decon and Sadie. She was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorrisa Ann McCormick of Evans; brothers, Darrell Casto of Kenna and James Casto of Marmet; sisters, Loretta Hall of Kenna and Robin Kersey of Kenna. Elizabeth is also survived by her granddaughter Jayden Conrad, the love of her life, and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be Sunday, September 5, 2009, 2 p.m. at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will follow in the Duff Cemetery. Friends may call from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service Sunday. Waybright Funeral Home served the family.
