He Came from Salisbury in Wiltshire. In teh parish reguster of st Edmund in Salisbury is the marriage rocord of John Wheyler and Agnes Yeoman on 1 Dec 1611 (Wiltshire Parish Register, 13 : 43) At that period the names Agnes, Ann and Annes were used interchangeabley for one and the same person.
John made his will, 28 Mar 1668, mentions his children, including 'my daughter Anne Chase' to have 4 pounds.
