For some odd reason, little is known about Samuel but I do know that he was born on February 15, 1885 In Monroe county, Ohio. His wife's name was Cora but her last name is unknown. They had two children Manville and Bessie. He and Cora are buried in a church cemetery on Mud Run in Jackson County, WV. No one in the family knows his or Hezekiah's parents names. Some believe they are Jesse and Nancy Jeffers Stephens and others believe them to be Jesse and Hanna Hill. I have Hezekiah' death certificate but parents are listed as unknown and his name is spelled incorrectly. I am a funeral director and I want to have the certificate corrected but I need all the lost information.[Ed Stephens]
