Gracie Marie Jividen Casto, 90, of Ripley, joined her husband with the Lord Friday, Feb. 23, 2007, following a long illness.
She was born June 17, 1916, at Putnam County, a daughter of the late Elliott and Josephine Jones Jividen. She was a homemaker, a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and a member of the Fisher Memorial Church.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Howard C. Casto, preceded her in death.
She is survived by four sons, Keith Casto of Columbus, Ohio, Carroll ?G.G.? Casto of Scott Depot, James Casto of Newark, Ohio, and Ronald Casto of Fairplain; two daughters, Karen Martin of Ripley and Debbie Burdette of Winfield. She is survived by 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at the Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will be in the Mount Olive Cemetery, Rockcastle.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations in memory of Mrs. Casto may be made to Resident Council Fund, in care of Eldercare of West Virginia, attn: Dolly Cooper, 109 Miller Dr., Ripley, WV 25271.
