Jackie was born November 25, 1965, in Ripley, a son of Donald and Shirley Westfall of Statts Mill. He was a mechanic. Jeanette was born December 26, 1976, a daughter of Gary Casto of Ripley and Kathy Vandale Tucker of Ripley. She was a homemaker. In addition to their parents, they are survived by their children, Hershel Westfall, Cody Westfall, Thomas Westfall and Jessica Westfall, all of Statts Mill. Jackie is also survived by brothers, Jimmy Westfall, James Westfall and Donald Westfall; and sisters, Diane Wilson, Linda Thompson, Jeanetta Westfall and Mary Ann Westfall. Jeanette is also survived by a brother, Thomas Wilson Casto; and a sister, Lisa Marie Rhodes. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, January 22, at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. There will be no visitation. A reception will be held following the service at the Parsons-Vail Family Center, located inside the funeral home.
