Barbara Casto French
GIVEN - Barbara Casto French, 34, of Given died June 10, 1998, at home after a long illness.
She was a homemaker. She was a volunteer aide at Fairplain Elementary School and for Ripley Little League Baseball.
Surviving: husband, James L. French; son, James Everett at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Casto of Given; brothers, Bobby Everett Casto of Given, Jonathan W. Casto of Belle; grandmother, Lula B. Wolfe of Millwood.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at McCoys Conference Center, Ripley, with the Rev. Danny Cummings and John Gunther officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Given. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today and one hour prior to service at McCoys Conference Center. Parsons-Waybright Fineral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kanawha Hospice Care Inc., 1143 Dunbar Ave., Dunbar, W.Va. 25064.
