Evelyn M. Starcher, 80, of Vienna passed away March 5, 2005, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Rocky Knob, W.Va., a daughter of the late Ezra and Velma Morris Randolph. Evelyn was a graduate of Ripley High School and attended Morris Harvey College and Mountain State Business College. She had been a Girl Scout leader, was retired from Keene Metal Corporation and Demuth Glass as credit union office manager, was a member of the Wayside United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
