  Notes	George C. Randolph Sr. NEW HAVEN - George C. "Budge" Randolph Sr., 78, of New Haven died April 17, 1999, in Holzer Medical Center. He was a former employee of General Electric and American Electric Power. He was retired from the James M. Gavin Plant as a maintenance supervisor. He was a decorated Navy veteran of World War II, having served in the South Pacific. He was a member of Bachtel United Methodist Church, New Haven, American Legion Smith-Capehart Post No. 140, New Haven, West Virginia State Farm Museum and Veterans Employees Club of AEP. Surviving: wife, Virginia Edwards Randolph; sons, George Jr. of Ranger, John W. of New Haven; daughters, Suzanne Roe of Beckley, Carol M. Smith of New Haven; brother, Paul C. Randolph of Letart; grandsons, J. Randolph Roe and L. Manning Roe; nine other grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason. Burial will be in Graham Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
