  Notes	The Times Record Spencer, WV 1988 Fannie Riley, 55, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Roae County died Tuesday, September 6, 1988 at her home following a long illness. She was born in Vicars, Roane County, a daughter of Dessie Rhodes of Vicars and the late Dayton Rhodes.   She was a member of the Cleveland Baptist Church. She is also survived by her husband, Wayne Riley; two sons, Randel Riley of Mayport, Fla., and Michael Riley of New Orleans, La.; three brothers, James Rhodes of Ripley, Wilbur Rhodes of Sissonville, and Alford Rhodes of Spencer. Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the Sinnett Funeral Home Chjapel, Spencer, with Dr. Roy Thompson officiating.   Burial will be in the Eventide cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 6-9 p.m. Thursday.
