  Notes	HAROLD EUGENE PARSONS Parsons, Harold E Harold Eugene Parsons, 83, of Evans, WV, passed away February 9, 2015, at Arbors of Gallipolis, OH, following an extended illness. He was born June 19, 1931, in Point Pleasant, a son of the late Perry and Lora (Howell) Parsons. His brothers, Raymond, Lawrence, Tommy and Robert Parsons and sisters, Bertha Barnett, Gladys Krebs and Mable Krebs also preceded him in death. He was retired from Foote Mineral Corporation with 32 years service and was a Protestant. He enjoyed working in his yard and helping his neighbors. Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Betty Lou (Herdman) Parsons, and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, WV, with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating. Burial will follow in the Creston Cemetery, Evans. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
