  Notes	The Charleston Gazette RED HOUSE - Delmas Lee Casto, 54, of Red House died Aug. 22, 1998, in Putnam General Hospital of injuries received in a tractor accident at his home. He was a millwright, member of Millwright Local 1755, and Riverside Baptist Church, Red House. He was a lifelong resident of Red House. Surviving: daughters, Diana L. Starcher of Bancroft, Devona S. Casto of Liberty; parents, Charles and Virginia Becker Casto of Red House; brothers, J. Dwight Casto and David Casto, both of Red House; companion, Edna Sue Fisher of Eleanor; three grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo, with the Rev. Norvell Robertson and the Rev. Stephen J. White officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Red House.
