  Notes	Kirby Rites Held Sunday MIDDLEPORT - Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph Kirby were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Church of Christ, with interment at Riverview Cemetery. Wert Dean, pastor of the church, officiated. Pallbearers were State Representative George Meinhart, O.L. Roush, O.E. McKinley, C.E. Vance, Wilbur Theobald, Walter Bunch. Women of the church organizations to which she belonged assisted with the floral pieces. Athens Messenger July 16, 1951.
